摘要
测井仪器与地面测井设备间合适的湿对接工艺是成功完成钻杆传输测井的关键,尤其是在大斜度井或水平井测井施工中这一问题最为突出。针对这一难题,讨论了设计更为先进的钻杆传输测井系统的可能性,并提出2种方案进行讨论。第1种方案设法摈弃常规的旁通短节过孔橡胶或钢质密封工艺,而采用生产测井中使用的防喷头流管工艺对旁通短节过孔进行密封,以通过动态地调节高压密封脂的注入压力来提高旁通短节的密封性,从而可以在湿对接过程中使用更高的泥浆循环泵压;第2种方案采用改进后的用于水平井生产测井的爬行器,使其完成钻杆传输测井中的湿对接。
The drill pipe conveyed logging is not as easy as just attaching the logging tools onto the end of the drill-pipe and pushing them down the hole, there are a number of problems need to be solved in actual logging jobs. In these problems, establishing good communication between the logging tools and the surface devices, in other words, using an appropriate wet connection technic, is the key to making a successful drill pipe conveyed logging in highly deviated and horizontal wells. To solve the problem, we offered two projects. The first project is that we use the flowtube technic used in production logging instead of the conventional one, in which rubber or steel seals is used awkwardly on the side entry sub, so that we are able to use much higher mud pumping pressure during wet connection by deftly adjusting the grease injection pumping pressure to control the seal capability of the side entry sub. The second one is that we can use conveyance technic used in highly deviated and horizontal wells' production logging, in which the downhole tractor system has been redesigned to meet the requirements of the drill pipe conveyed logging system, and finish the downhole wet connection during the drill-pipe conveyed logging.
