BEPCⅡ低温系统制冷机房缺氧性计算

摘要 房间中氧气体积浓度低于一定的值,将会使人窒息甚至死亡。低温液氦或液氮气化到室温环境后体积将膨胀700(LN2)的780倍(LHe),不加控制低温气体泄漏到房间中会引起氧气缺乏事故。本文通过氧气等级分析给出BEPCⅡ制冷机房通风量,BEPCⅡ系统安全阀氦泄漏量以及室内氧气体积浓度估算方法。 The O2 volume concentration dropping may cause respiratory even death. Liquid nitrogen or helium can expand 1,y factors of 700(LN2)or 780( LHe)to normal temperature, and the uncontrolled releasing into an enclosed space can cause on oxygen deficiency hazard (ODH). In this paper the ventilation volmue of BEPC Ⅱ refrigeration room though oxygen deficiency hazard class is presented. The model for calculating the leak rate of BEPC Ⅱ safety valves and O2 volume concentration is presented.
