摘要
以氨基分布均匀的反应性氨基聚硅氧烷和聚氧乙烯甲基缩水甘油醚为原料,通过开环反应,合成了可用于织物柔软整理的聚醚改性氨基聚硅氧烷。通过实验确定了最佳合成条件:异丙醇的质量分数为1,反应温度80℃,反应时间5h。应用实验结果表明,经聚醚改性氨基聚硅氧烷整理的织物具有柔软的手感、较好的白度和吸水性以及较好的耐洗性。
Taking the reactive amino-polysiloxane with even amino distribution and polyoxyethylene-methyl-diglycidyl ether as raw material and through ring opening reaction, the polyether-modified amino-polysiloxane is composed, which can be applied to the softening finishing of fabrics. According to the experimental results, the best composing conditions are determined: the mass fraction of isopropanol is 1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃ and the reaction time is 5 hours. The application experiments show that the fabric after the treatment of polyether-modified amino-polysiloxane bears soft hand, good whiteness, good absorbency and good washing resistance.
