摘要
对河北省南部太行山区分布的部分主要野菜植物进行了营养成分的分析和比较,结果表明:该地区分布的野生蔬菜植物营养成分丰富,尤其是各种维生素含量较高,开发利用前景广阔。
The analysis on the nutritional components from the wild vegetable plant in the Taihang mountain area in the south of Hebei province. Showed that the nutritional components of wild vegetable plant are rich. The content of VB2 and Vc and carotene are relatively high, more. The foreground of development and utilization was vast.
