摘要
以汽车电子连接器用的一种小型多芯线束压力连接端子为对象,通过接触力学解析,找到了由于连接端子设计的缺陷,在小型多芯线束压力连接加工过程中,造成多芯线束的随机初始状态因素引起的连接性能变异的非线性原因。以显式时间积分法和罚接触算法,动态地仿真多芯线束与压力连接端子间的接触力学过程,并通过压力接触连接面积,间接地评价其电子信息或电力传输的稳定性;并通过改善设计的实例,从接触力学的动态设计角度,证明了从连接端子形态设计入手,克服线束的随机初始状态因素引起的连接性能变异的可能性。
Taking a kind of pressure connected terminal with small typed multi-core wire bunch used in automobile electronic connector as the object, and through the analysis of contact mechanics, in the processing courses of pressure connectionof small typed multicore wire bunch, on account of the defects of connection terminal design, the reason of producing nonlinearity of the unusual change of connection property caused by stochastic factors of initial status of multi-core wire bunch was explained. Using explicit time-integration method and penalty contact algorithm, the process of contact mechanics between multi-core wire bunch and pressure connected terminal was simulated dynamically, and by means of connection area of pressure connection, the stability of its electronic information or power transmission was evaluated indirectly. Through an example of improved design and start from the angle of dynamic design of contact mechanics, and start with the conformation design of connection terminal, the possibility of overcoming the unusual change of connection property caused by stochastic factors of initial status of wire bunch was verified.
