摘要
搅拌磨机的粉碎效果与磨机的结构尺寸、磨机的工况有直接关系。基于湿法粉碎原理,对一种新型鼠笼式搅拌磨机磨腔内流体场进行分析,建立磨介运动数学模型,找出磨介在流体场中运动规律,采用面向对象模块化设计方法,开发了鼠笼式搅拌磨机研磨介质运动仿真系统。该系统可实现鼠笼式磨机结构分析、不同工况下磨介运动的分析,优化得到最佳的研磨条件,为磨机设计和粉碎效果分析提供有价值的参考数据。
There are direct relationships between the smashing effect of stirring grinder and the structural dimension and the working status of the grinder. Based on the principle of wet smashing, an analysis was carried out on the fluid field inside the grinding cavity of new typed squirrel-caged stirring grinder. By establishing the mathematical model of movement of grinding media, finding out the motion law of grinding media inside the fluid field and adopting the object oriented modularized designing method the simulation system of motion of the grinding media of squirrel-caged stirring grinder was developed.This system could realize the structural analysis of squirrelcaged grinder, the analysis of movement of grinding media under different working conditions and obtain the optimal grinding conditions through optimization, thus provided valuable reference data for grinder design and effect analysis.
