摘要
针对目前中国企业在ERP系统实施过程中失败率过高、已有的实施策略不切实际等问题,从"原因和结果"、"量变和质变"这两对哲学范畴出发,分析了系统的成功实施与相应的各种关键因素、对策以及系统成功实施后将产生的结果之间相互制约或促进的关系,建立了基于因果关系的信息化分阶段实施模式,并对该模式中量变和质变的过程进行了探讨。
Drawing on the frequent failure, s of China's enterprises in implementing ERP and the impractical application of strategies, the authors, taking approaches of causal analysis and quantity - quality interaction, make a study into the relationship between the success of the system and its underpinning factors and Melevant tactics. They also study the interrelational constraint and stimuli of the resulting effects after the successful application of the system. The findings lead to the establishment of cause - effect based phased information systematization model and a parallel study of the quantity - quality transformation of the model.
