关于工业加氢处理催化剂设计及制备问题的思考 被引量:6

摘要 总结20多年来在加氢处理催化剂设计及制备方面的经验和体会。着重讨论载体的孔结构和表面形貌、表面中心的性质和分布、金属-载体之间的相互作用及其对活性金属组分在催化剂表面上分散及催化剂活性的影响、助剂和添加剂的作用及金属载体之间相互作用的调变。探讨影响工业加氢处理催化剂设计的主要参数,以避免研究(设计)过程中的盲目性,指导今后工业加氢处理催化剂的制备和开发。 The aim of the author is to give a personal consideration to design and preparation of commercial hydrotreating catalysts based on the experiences in the past 20 years. The discussion is concentrated on pore structure, surface morphology, features and distribution of surface sites of carriers, metal-support interaction and its effect on dispersion of active components (metals) of catalyst surfaces and activity of the catalysts, the effects of promoters and additives, modification of metal-support interaction, as well as the main parameters affecting the design of commercial hydrotreating catalysts in order to refrain from the blindness in research (design), and to guide the preparation and development of hydrotreating catalysts from now on.
