摘要
采用摩擦学试验和轴承寿命试验考察了微米铜粉在润滑脂润滑条件下的自修复性能,并应用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、俄歇电子能谱仪(AES)等分析手段对钢球磨斑表面进行了分析。结果表明,添加在润滑脂中的微米铜粉可以减少钢球的磨损量和延长轴承的使用寿命,在摩擦作用下,添加在润滑脂中的微米铜粉可以在摩擦副表面沉积并与表面基材相互作用生成自修复膜,对摩擦副表面出现的磨损起到自修复作用。
Self-repair of micron copper powder in greases was investigated by way of friction test and service life of bearing test. The wear-scar surfaces of the tested steel ball were analyzed by means of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scan electron microscope (SEM), auger electron spectroscopy (AES) etc. The results showed that micron copper powder in greases could reduce the wear of steel ball and prolong the service life of bearing. The micron copper powder in greases can deposit on the friction surfaces and interact with surfaces to form the film for self-repairing the wear on surfaces of friction part during friction condition.
