再论“价值中立”及其应用限度

On “Value-free” and Its Limitation in Application

价值中立原则源自孔德以来的实证主义传统,韦伯则划分了研究中“价值关联”和“价值中立”两个阶段,阐明了各自的必要性与有限性。社会科学研究应奉行有限度的价值中立原则,以保证研究的客观性和科学性。讨论价值中立原则在社会科学研究中的应用限度,有着重要的实践意义。

Value-flee is always one of principles of methodology which is current in modern sociology. This principle is from the tradition of sociological positivism from Comte, Durkheim to Parsons, but Weber, the master of interpretative sociology of Germany, fully interprets this principle. The author expounds and proves the origin of the Value-free and its meanings from Weber in greater detail. Moreover, the author discusses the limitation in application of this principle in the research of sociology and its practicality.
