摘要
西部大开发是我国的重大战略决策,但西部地区也是中国自然生态的极端脆弱区,人地关系之间的矛盾十分突出,面临着一系列的生态破坏及退化问题。本文在充分理解生态环境承载系统内涵的基础上建立了生态环境承载系统综合评价体系,并运用多层次模糊综合评价模型对西部地区12个省区的生态环境承载系统进行了评价分析,其意义在于对生态环境承载系统不同层面的分析,揭露出我国西部不同地区导致生态环境问题成因的差异性以及不同地区可能造成生态环境问题的薄弱面。从而为西部地区的生态环境建设以及制定适宜的发展战略提供决策支撑,以保证西部地区的可持续发展。
Because of the volnerable ecosystem and conflicts between human and land, West China is facing many ecological and environmental problems. Based on the understanding of connotation of Eco-environment Bearing capacity System (ECS), the paper constructed evaluation system of ECS and take multiple-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as a method to evaluate ECS of twelve provinces in west china, the aim is to try to give decision supports for Eeo-environment construction and making fitting -developmental tactic and guarantee sustainable development of west China.
