Research on the Applying of Knowledge Map in Collaborative Digital Reference Service

本文探讨了把知识地图应用于图书馆合作数字参考咨询服务中的问题,一方面拓展了知识地图的应用空间,另一方面知识地图也为合作参考咨询服务提供了一个更加有效的工作机制。

Knowledge map is one kind of the important tools for knowledge management, it is mainly applied in the field of enterprise, but at the same time it has wide applicability. This paper discusses that we apply knowledge map into the collaborative digital reference service. For one, itbroaden the applying space of knowledge map, for another, knowledge map also supplies the collaborative digital reference service with a more effective working mechanism.
