资源短缺和能源危机问题日益严重,这使得全世界都将目光集中在可持续发展理论的研究上。指出代际公平是衡量可持续发展实现的标准之一,回顾了测定代际公平的不同方法,建立了资源与财富代际公平判别模型,并在此基础上提出了实现代际公平的对策和机制。

As the lack of resource and energy crisis is gradually becoming a serious problem, the whole world focuses the study on the sustainable development theory. Intergenerational fairness is one of the standards to measure the realization of sustainable development. On reviewing different methods of measuring the intergenerational fairness, this paper proposes“the model of intergenerational resource ＆ wealth fairness”, and then puts forward the solution and mechanism of the realization of intergenerational fairness.
