摘要
研究表明,我国R&D活动具有明显的趋利性,R&D资源投入对经济发展的平均影响时滞为2年。要提高R&D资源投入对经济发展的促进作用,近期应着眼于增加基础研究投入,培育基础研究基地和知识创新体系,使企业真正成为技术创新体系的主体,同时尽快建立与我国区域经济发展相适应的R&D资源投入模式。
The research shows that there＇s an obvious benefit - tendency in China＇s R ＆ D activity and the retardation of the average influence is two years. In order to improve the promoting function of R＆D resources input on economic development, we should look with an eye on increasing the input in the basis research, develop the base of basis research and the system of knowledge creativity and make enterprises the real subjects of the technology creativity system. In the meantime,we should build an R＆D resources input pattern which applies to the development of Chinese region economice as soon as possible.
