电厂 SIS 系统的功能设置及其实现问题研究

Research on SIS Function Programming and Implementing Issues

电厂SIS系统是一个介于DCS系统和MIS系统之间的具有独立功能的系统。电厂进行SIS系统建设的最终目的是要最大限度地降低全厂的平均发电煤耗。当前SIS系统的研发工作仍然处于起步阶段,在进行功能规划时,应该考虑到相关专业技术的发展水平,充分重视规划功能的实现问题。过多的虚设功能是不利于SIS系统的实施和推广的。

In terms of function, SIS is an independent system between DCS and MIS in a power plant, which aims at reducing average coal consumption rate. Currently, at its very beginning period of SIS, the development of technologies concerned with power generation should be taken into consideration while programming SIS function, and it should be put on more attention that of how to achieve its function. Otherwise, nominal functions may do harm on its implement and fashion.
