摘要
针对马钢二铁总厂烧结生产废水循环利用系统存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上对净循环水系统的用水分配作了合理调整和改造,同时对污水处理系统的设备和管线也作了改造,实现了烧结生产废水的零外排,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Some problems of sintering wastewater treatment system in MAGANG N02 IronmaKing Works were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the water allotment of clean water circulatory system was adjusted and modified. Simultaneously, the partial equipments and pipelines in sewage treatment system were also modified. As a result, the sintering wastewater drainagefree was realized and the obvious benefit was gained.
