摘要
目的天麻等中药材的直接鉴别。方法利用裂解高分辨气相色谱法对天麻等中药材进行了快速鉴别。结果每种中药材在特定条件下均有不同的裂解色谱图,可容易地将它们加以区别。结论气相色谱法具有快速、准确,操作简单,样品用量少,预处理简单不需对样品进行分离提取,可直接鉴别等特点。
OBJECTIVE To identify of traditional Chinese herbs. METHOD Identification of traditional Chinese herbs （ Gastrodia elata B1. , Panax ginseng C. A. Mey ） by high resolution pyrolysis-gas chromatography, RESULTS Their gas chromatography are different in Gastrodia elata Bl. ,Panax ginseng C, A, Mey and their false materials. CONCLUSION The method is precise, quick and need not damage samples.
