反相高效液相色谱法测定复方参仲口服液中2,3,5,4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D葡萄糖苷的含量

Determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-β-D-glycoside in Fufang Shenzhong oral solution by RP-HPLC

目的探索复方参仲口服液的质量控制方法.方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方参仲口服液中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量.结果 2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷在0.0456～0.2736μg之间有良好的线性关系,回收率为97.55%,RSD为1.25%.结论所建方法可用于复方参仲口服液的质量控制.

OBJECTIVE To study the quality control of Fufangshenzhong oral solution. METHODS The contents of 2,3,5,4＇ -tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-β-D-glycoside were determined with RP-HPLC. RESULTS 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-β-D-glycoside contents were linear in the range of 0.0456μg-0.2736μg, the average recovery rate was 97.55% , RSD was 1.25%. CONCLUSIONS This method is applicable in the quality control of Fufangshenzhong oral solution.
