摘要
国内某车厂在进行发动机电喷系统国产化开发阶段,出现了引擎转速表指示忽高忽低现象,俗称“怠速游车”。针对此问题,调查了ECU、节气门阀体、步进电机等多方面原因,结果显示发动机产生怠速游车的原因与电喷系统标定的数据无关,而是由于步进电机的机械特性及ECU控制策略的不同所致。
In the local development process of multi - point injection system, the idle speed was changed up and down. After studying the ECU, throttle body, idle stepper motor etc. , it's found that the result was not caused by the matching data, but caused by the ECU control strategy and the stepper motor's mechanical property. The malfunction can be avoided by adding the ECU control module and changing the ECU control strategy.
