腹主动脉术后给予外源性一氧化氮能减轻全身炎症反应和肾脏功能障碍

摘要
最近，西班牙学者研究了主动脉术后给予一氧化氮（NO）供体对全身炎症反应和肾功能的影响。他们首先模拟临床过程建立了腹主动脉手术动物模型，然后将25头小型猪随机分成5组：假手术组（仅动脉切开），夹闭分流组（C组），夹闭失血分流组（H＋C组），夹闭分流NO供体吗多敏治疗组（C＋NO组，4mg／kg静脉滴注）；夹闭失血分流NO供体吗多敏治疗组（H＋C＋N0组）。监测缺血15min及再灌注后24、48、72h和7d时的血浆肌酐，
