摘要 传统的机械制浆法是通过对所处理的浆料施加反复的压缩和减压使纤维细胞疲劳、破裂,最后分离出纤维,此过程大部分能量转化为热,能量利用率很低。双螺杆磨浆机利用两根平行啮合同向旋转双螺杆,使纤维浆料在输送的同时受到动态挤压,依靠高压下纤维间的揉搓,完成纤维离解和纤维细化。其优点为:磨浆质量好、耗能低;功能多,简化了生产工艺;用水量少,有利于保护环境。 The traditional mechanical pulping method is like this: to compress and decompress the pulp repeatedly and thus making the fiber cells fatigue and broken and finally fiber is separated. During this process, the majority of energy is converted into heat and the energy utilization efficiency is very low. The BIVIS extruder, on the other hand, with two parallel joggled homodromic twin screw, makes fiber stuff dynamically squeezed in the course of feeding and the disintegration and refining of the fiber are finished with the inter-fibrillation under high pressure. The advantages of the machine are: superior in refining quality, low in consumption of energy, multiple in function, simple in production process, low in water consumption and environment friendly.
