The AC high speed winder control system is composed of Siemens S7-400 PLC, OP270 hand touch screen, 6SE70 AC frequency conversion and speed control device, hydraulic pressure press proportion control device, tension detection device, diameter detection device and breaking paper detection device etc.. The paper analyzes the torsion control of supporting roll, automatic tension control, press control of dancer roll, execution of dynamic compensation, web breaking alarm linkage control and electric integration linkage control with S7-400PLC as the central control unit.
