摘要
采用硅钼蓝光度法进行稻草原料或蒸煮黑液中的硅含量测定,其最大吸收波长为813nm,黑液中其它组分对硅钼蓝光度法测量结果没有影响。pH值对二氧化硅的溶解度影响很大,当pH等于10.3时,硅的溶解度发生突变。对蒸煮黑液硅含量采用硅钼蓝法与重量法比较,测定结果基本一致。硅钼蓝法操作简单,检测时间短,结果准确可靠。
The silicon in rice straw and black liquor after alkaline pulping were determined by silicomolybdate blue spectrophotometeric method. There is a peak at the 813nm and the ingredients in black liquor had no effect on the measuring result of the silicomolybdate blue spectrophotometeric method, pH value has a great influence on the solubility of silicon dioxide and there is an obvious inflexion at pH 10.3. In the cooking process, the cooking black liquor were compared by both weight and silicomolybdate blue spectrophotometeric methods. The results indicate that the silicon content in black liquor and rice straw were very similar by both methods. The silicomolybdate blue spectrophotometeric method is simple in operation, short in testing time and accurate and reliable in test results.
