手术治疗周围性面瘫51例

Surgical treatment of peripheral facial nerve paralysis:analysis of 51 cases

目的探讨周围性面瘫的治疗方法及影响其疗效的因素。方法回顾性分析51例面神经麻痹患者住院治疗的临床资料。结果随访42例。36例行面神经减压术,22例恢复至HBⅠ～Ⅱ级;4例行面神经吻合术,2例恢复至Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,2例面神经移植术,均恢复至>Ⅲ级。病程3个月以内与3个月以上组手术的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时精确地施行手术是治疗周围性面瘫的有效方法。

Objective： To investigate the surgical treatment of peripheral facial nerve paralysis as well as the factors which affect the operation effect. Method： Fifty-one cases of peripheral faial nerve parahsis were analyzed retrospectively. Result：Forty-two cases were followed up. Among them, twenty-two cases who received facial nerve decompression reached House Ⅰ- Ⅱ degree（22/36）,2 cases facial nerve anastomosis reached House Ⅰ- Ⅱ degree （2/4）, and the ruction recovery of 2 cases who received facial nerve grafting 〉 Ⅲ degree both. Conclusion：Intensive and timely surgery is an efficient way in treating of peripheral facial nerve paralysis.
