干旱胁迫对不同大豆品种苗期叶片渗透调节物质含量和细胞膜透性的影响 被引量:17

The Effect of Drought Stress on the Content of Osmotic Adjusting Substance in Leaves and Cell Membrance Permeability of Different Soybean Varieties in Seedling Period

摘要 研究了苗期大豆在干旱胁迫下叶片渗透调节能力与大豆抗旱性的关系。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫的加强,渗透调节物质中可溶性糖(WSS)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量累积显著增加,质膜透性也不断增大。且耐旱性强的品种可溶性糖(WSS)和游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加的幅度大于耐旱性弱的品种,而MDA含量和相对电导率则是耐旱性强的品种增幅小于耐旱性弱的品种。 The correlation between the leaves osmotic adjusting ability and the soybean drought-resistance in seedling phase under drought stress was studied. The results showed, with the increasing of drought stress, the content accumulation of WSS and free prolin in the osmotic adjustment were clearly enlarged, and the cell membrance permeability was also enhanced. What' s more, the rising extent to WSS and free proline of better drought-resistance varieties was higher than that of weaker ones. However, for the contents of MDA and the relative conductivity, the varieties with better drought-resistance were lower than those with weaker one.
