大牛地气田砂岩储层敏感性实验研究 被引量:40

摘要 在钻井、压裂等开发过程中会对砂岩储层造成伤害,如果解决不善,将直接严重影响天然气的产量。为减少在大牛地气田开发过程中对砂岩储层造成伤害,文章针对砂岩储层的敏感性进行了试验研究。分析鄂尔多斯盆地大牛地气田砂岩储层的敏感性伤害机理认为,在钻井、固井过程中应选择较好的钻井液体系,尽量减少钻井液固相颗粒堵塞以及粘土水化膨胀;在压裂过程中应尽量选择破胶效果好,残渣少易反排的压裂液体系,以减少微粒运移、水锁及颗粒固相堵塞等造成的储层渗透率下降;在开采过程中,应注意排采速度以尽量减少对储层的伤害,从而实现气田的高产、稳产。 The sandstone reservoir has been often damaged in the course of drilling or fracturing, thus influencing gas production. In order to reduce this damage in Daniudi Gas field in E'erduosi Basin, the experimental research on sensitivity of sandstone reservoir was carried out. By means of analyzing the damage mechanism of sensitivity, it was considered that, in the course of drilling and well cementing, it is necessary to select excellent drill fluid system, thus reducing solid plugging and clay hydration expansion; in the course of fracturing, it is necessary to select the easily-discharged fracturing fluid system with good gel-break effect and a little residues, thus preventing reservoir permeability from decreasing caused by fine particle movement, water locking and solid plugging; and, in the course of producing, it is necessary to control exploitation fate, thus reducing reservoir damage to realize a high-and stable-yield in the field.
