摘要 目前高含硫水平气井试井国内还没有成熟的试井测试工艺技术,文章针对川东北罗家寨飞仙关鲕滩气藏天然气中H2S含量高达13.74%、CO2含量高达10.41%、气井测试日产量达到(100~300)×104m3的特点,总结了罗家6、7两口高含硫垂直气井的现场先导性试井试验取得的经验,通过精心设计、精心准备、精心组织和精心施工,克服了水平气井硫化氢含量高、测试产量大和井口防喷系统复杂、防喷管立管高度高、测试工具串长而重以及井斜角大、压力计下入难度高和大产量下地层流体高速流动时上冲力的影响等困难,摸索出了一套适合高含硫水平气井的试井工艺技术和方法,确保了测试作业的连续性和测试数据录取的准确性,保障了操作人员和设备的安全,并在罗家11水平气井的稳定试井和一系列试井测试试验中取得成功,填补了高含硫化氢、大产量水平气井钢丝试井技术在国内的空白. There are no mature well testing techniques in China for horizontal wells with high sulfur content. According to the characteristics of Feixianguan oolitic beach gas reservoirs in Luojiazhai of northeast Sichuan i. e. the gas covers up to 13. 74% of H2S and 10. 41% of CO2; the production of a gas well reaches (1000-3000) × 10 m3/d. when gas production testing, based on the experience of field pioneer well testing from the 2 vertical gas wells with high sulfur content of Wells Luojia 6&7, with careful design, careful preparation, careful organization, and careful operation to overcome the problems of high sulfur content, big testing production, complex well-head blowout system, long blow-out riser, long and heavy testing tool string, large deviation angle, difficult putting the pressure gauge down, and great upward force caused by high speed flow of the formation fluid with big production etc., a set of well testing techniques and methods are developed for horizontal gas wells with high sulfur content, which guarantee the continuity of testing operation, the accuracy of testing data, and the safety of operating staff and equipment. The methods achieve success in the systematical well testing of the horizontal gas well of Well Luojia 11 and several other well tests. The techniques fill the blank of well testing technology of horizontal gas wells with high sulfur content and big production in China.
