大丰市CNG站优化操作技术分析

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF OPTIMIZED OPERATION FOR CNG STATIONS IN DAFENG CI TY 1)

大丰市地处江苏省东部,总人口74万,是我国经济发展百强县和首批生态建设示范市。由于缺乏资源,整个城市的生活和商业用燃气绝大部分以外购的液化石油气为主。为使大丰市用上更清洁的天然气并降低用户费用,大丰市从距该市55km的射阳气田盐城门站,通过高压瓶组将压缩天然气(CNG)运到大丰市建设的CNG加压储存站,减压后进入原有的液化石油气(LPG)管网向用户供气。为此,介绍了大丰市CNG减压储存站设计和投用情况,并对投用过程存在的问题进行了分析。该站投运后,用户使用天然气比原使用LPG其燃料费用降低了1/3,并取得了比使用LPG更好的环保效益。

Dafeng city lies in the east of Jiangsu province, has 740,000 of population, and is one of the fortune 100 counties and the ecologic pioneer cities in China. Since lack of resource, the most of commercial gas comes from LPG purchased outside for the city. To use more clear gas and reduce gas price, the CNG from the gate station of Sheyang gas field in Yancheng city where is 55 km. away from Dafeng city is transported to the CNG storage in Dafeng city and pressure-depressed to put into the existing LPG pipeline system for gas delivering to users. The design and running of the pressure-depressed gas storage in Dafeng city are introduced, and the troubles happened in running process are analyzed. As the storage running, the fuel cost of users is 1/3 less than that using LNG, and better environment benefit is achieved.
