快速建成忠县天然气净化厂研究

STUDY ON FAST CONSTRUCTION OF ZHONGXIAN GAS PURIFICATION PLANT

中国石油天然气股份有限公司重点建设项目———忠县净化厂建设工程,既是国家“西气东输”战略的重要组成部分,也是西南油气田加快实现“52135”目标中的标志性工程。该建设项目从2004年3月正式开工到2005年4月竣工,历时仅13个多月,2005年6月20日,忠县净化厂已正式投产。这标志着长期制约西南油气田中低含硫气田的开发瓶颈得到有效消除,标志着加快实现“52135”目标中的第一个重点建设工程的圆满完成,标志着西南油气田一年建成一座大型净化厂目标的顺利实现。33个月建成一座大型天然气净化厂,这是以前川渝油气工业产能建设的速度;而忠县净化厂用时不到以前净化厂建设时间的一半,这在川渝油气产能建设史上前所未有,同时也创造了国内天然气净化厂建厂的最新纪录。为此,文章分析并总结了快速建成忠县天然气净化厂的经验和做法。

The key construction project of Petro-China Ltd., PCL (the construction engineering of Zhongxian gas purification plant) is not only the important component of 'West-East Gas Transmission' strategy, but also the milestone engineering for PCL Southwest Branch to realize the '52135' purpose rapidly. It spent only about 13 months from the March of 2004 when the project began officially to the April of 2005 when the project completed. Zhongxian gas purification plant was put into operation officially on June 20, 2005, which marks the bottle-net constraining the development of sour gas fields of PCL Southwest Branch is eliminated, the first key construction engineering to rapidly realize the '52135' purpose is completed satisfactorily, and the target to build a large gas purification plant within a year is realized smoothly. It needed 33 months to build a large gas purification plant in the past. But the construction time of Zhongxian gas purification plant is a half less than that in the past, Which is never heard of before in the history of Sichuan/Chongqing petroleum productivity construction and creates the new record to build gas purification plant in China. The experience and methods to fast build Zhongxian gas purification plant are analyzed and summed.
