摘要
介绍了相控线阵声波测井辐射器的工作原理,根据辐射器各个阵元的性能参数设计了两种供实验使用的激励信号源,即5通道Burst信号源和4通道脉冲信号源.Burst信号源输出电压峰值连续可调(6~30 V),相邻通道之间的延迟时间可调(0~22 μs),步长为1 μs,输出频率可根据换能器的频带在10~250 kHz选择.脉冲信号源输出电压幅度连续可调(50~150 V),延迟时间为0~7 μs可调,步长为0.25 μs,脉冲宽度为1~4 μs.利用这两种信号源可以对相控线阵声波辐射器进行相位和幅度加权控制.在实验室内对这两种信号源进行了性能测试,结果表明,两个信号源均能满足实验要求.
The operating mechanism of the phased array acoustic logging transmitter was discussed, Based on the perforrnance parameter of the element of the phased array transmitter, two kinds of exciting signal sources were designed which were 5-channel Burst signal source and 4-channel impulse signal source. The 5-channel Burst signal source whose delay time range between neighboring channels, frequency, output voltage are 0-22μs with step of 1μs, 10-250 kHz and 6-30V respectively. The impulse signal source is the 4-channel laboratory-made one whose delay time range between neighboring channels, pulse signal width, output voltage are 0-7μs with step of 0.25μs, 1-4μs and 50-150 V respectively. The phase and amplitude weighting of the phased array acoustic logging transmitter can be controlled by the two kinds of exciting signal sources. Through the performance test, the two kinds of sources satisfied all experimental requirements.
