摘要
为了提高射流破岩效果和深井钻井的速度,实验研究了双射流喷嘴在不同围压下的空化初生能力,并与普通锥形喷嘴进行了比较。结果表明,在同等条件下,双射流中心喷嘴出口直径对双射流喷嘴空化初生能力影响明显;在高围压条件下,双射流喷嘴比普通锥形喷嘴具有更大的初生空化数,且大都大于1.0,而锥形喷嘴最大仅为0.43。
In order to improve rock breaking effect of jet and penetration rate of drilling deep wells, the cavitation inception ability of dual-jet nozzles under confining pressure was studied by experiment and compared with that of a common coneshaped nozzle. The results show that the diameter of central orifice can affect the cavitation inception ability of dual-jet nozzle under the same conditions. The inception cavitation number of the dual-jet nozzle under high confining pressure is greater than that of the common cone-shaped nozzle. Moreover, the inception cavitation numbers of dual-jet nozzles are generally above 1.0, while the greatest value of cone-shaped nozzle is 0.43.
