摘要
在自制的脉冲色谱吸附反应装置上建立了一种新的测定固体催化剂表面酸量的方法。以无水乙醇作溶剂,环己酮作内标,吡啶作吸附质,测定了含HZSM-5分子筛固体催化剂的表面酸量及其强弱酸的分布。结果表明,该方法简单、实用,定量结果可靠。
A new method for quantitatively measuring the surface acid amount of solid catalyst was set up on a self-made pulse chromatographic adsorbent reactor. The surface acid amount of the catalysts with different content of HZSM-5 zeolite as well as the distribution of the acid was measured by pulse chromatography method with pyridine as adsorbate and cyclohexanone as internal standard in the presence of anhydrous ethanol solvent. The experimental results reveal that the new method is very convenient and applicable, and the quantitative result for the solid catalysts is reliable.
