摘要
冲模在短期使用后表面出现微裂缝,导致产品表面呈现许多“闪光点”,影响产品外观质量。采用宏、微观检测方法,对模具失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,镀铬层表面存在网状裂纹是导致模具表面出现微裂缝的主要原因。
Some minute cracks occur on the surface of GCr15 dies used for the preparation of commemorative coins in a short-term operation, which causes lots of “flash spots” on the commemorative coins and affects the surface quality of the product. Thus failure analysis was conducted for the steel dies using macro and micro test methods. The result showed that the failure of the steel die was mainly attributed to the generation of a large amount of meshy cracks on chromium plating surface.
