血清髓鞘碱性蛋白含量对脊髓损伤程度早期诊断价值的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨血清髓鞘碱性蛋白(myelinbasicproteinMBP)含量与脊髓损伤程度间的关系及对脊髓损伤程度的早期诊断价值。[方法]60只日本大耳白家兔随机分为轻、中、重度脊髓损伤组,每组动物通过大脑皮层体感诱发电位、损伤脊髓病理组织学检查和损伤后动物改良TARLOR评分证实损伤程度差异性。应用酶联免疫吸附实验法检测不同损伤程度家兔损伤前后血清中髓鞘碱性蛋白含量。[结果]3组实验动物血清中髓鞘碱性蛋白含量损伤后均升高,伤后24、48、72h3组实验动物间血清MBP含量在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。损伤后第7d时3组实验动物血清MBP含量在统计学上已无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]血清MBP含量对脊髓损伤程度早期诊断有一定的价值,血清MBP含量可作为早期判断脊髓损伤程度指标之一,但有一定的时限性。 [Objective] To investigate the relationship between serum levels of myelin basic protein (MBP) and degree of spinal cord injury (SCI) , and to estimate the clinical value of serum levels of MBP on early diagnosis of degree of spinal cord injury. [ Method] Rabbits were divided randomly into slight-injury group, moderate-injury group and severe-injury groups of SCI.The SCI degree of each group were measured by cortical-somatosensory-evoked potential, histopathological examine and the TARLOWS scoring system. ELISA method was used to determine the serum levels of MBP pre-and post-injury. [Result] The serum levels of MBP of the three groups were significantly different from each other at 24h, 48h and 72h after injury (P〈0.05). The serum levels of MBP of the three groups were not significantly different 7 days after injury (P〉0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The serum levels of MBP is indicative to early diagnosis of degree of SCI. It implies that MBP has the potential as an early diagnosis marker for SCI.
