摘要
目的研究急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者发病不同阶段血浆神经肽Y(NPY),神经降压素(NT)水平的变化,探讨其在ACS发生发展中的临床意义。方法采用放射免疫方法(RIA)测定急性冠状动脉综合征患者80例血浆中 NPY、NT的浓度变化,并选择60例健康者作对照组。结果 ACS 患者急性心肌缺血或胸痛发作期血浆 NPY(279±69pg/ml)、NT(148±37pg/ml)水平明显高于对照组107±17pg/ml、62±19pg/ml,P<0.01,ACS 患者急性心肌缺血或胸痛发作期治疗前血浆NPY 275±72pg/ml、NT 152±41pg/ml,明显高于治疗后 NPY 113±15pg/ml、NT65±17pg/ml 水平,P<0.01。结论 ACS 患者急性心肌缺血或胸痛发作期血浆NPY、NT水平明显升高,提示NPY、NT参与了ACS的发病过程,在ACE的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Objective To study the changes of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin (NF) levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and to investigate the elinieat signifieance of NPY and NT in the pathoqenesis of ACS. Methods The changes of plasma NPY and NT coneertrafion or 80 patients with ACS and 60 normal confrots were determined by radioimmunoaussay (RIA) .Rusults Plasma NPY levels (279 ± 69pg/ml), NT levels (148 ± 37pg/ml in patients with ACS during the acute myocardial ischemd.Oceeured or angina phase were signitleanfly hgher than those in the normal controls 107 ±17pg/ml、 62±19pg/ml, P 〈 0.01 the plasma NPY levels 275 ± 72pg/ml, Ntlevels 152+ 41pg/ml in patients with ACS before the treatment were significantly higher than those after treatment NPY113 + 15pg/ml, NT65±17pg/ml,P〈0.01.Conelusion Elevated levels of plasma NPY, NT were seen in patients with ACS during the acute myocardial isehemia or angina phase, which suggests that NPY, NT participate in the pathophysiological course of ACS and they play an important role in the development of oatients with ACS.
