超临界CO_2流体萃取技术在医药中的应用研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 超临界流体萃取(superitical fluid extraction,以下简称SFE)技术是近年来兴起的一种具有精馏和萃取两过程的新型物质分离精制技术.由于其具有操作方便,能耗低,无污染,分离能力高,无溶剂残留等特点,被称为"绿色分离技术".目前,该技术已广泛应用于医药、食品、环保等领域.本文以下对超临界CO2流体萃取技术的基本原理、特点及其在医药中的应用研究进展作一综述.
