摘要
提出了三基圆涡旋延伸修正型线的原理,完整地导出基于三基圆型线的设计计算几何理论。与PMP型线相比,在基本参数相同的条件下,三基圆型线不仅使涡旋压缩机涡盘的涡卷根部段的壁厚增加(强度更高),同时具有更高的压缩比和更小的排气阻力,为实现高效压缩的涡旋压缩机设计提供了理论计算依据。
The theory tor the TBC scroll extended modlified profile was creatively set up, and geometrical theory for the TBC profile design was deduced completely. Comparing with the PMP profile, on the basis of same basic parameters, the TBC profile can enhance the thickness on the base of scroll compressor (stronger intensity), and makes higher compress ratio and lower exhaust resistance. The paper provides calculational theory gist for high-powered scroll compressor design.
