摘要
在室温下,研究了不同浓度的土霉素和氯霉素对亚心形扁藻细胞的数量、大小以及叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量等方面的影响.结果表明:在0~5 mg/L范围内,土霉素的浓度越大,细胞数量在增长期内增幅越大,在衰退期内衰退越快;土霉素对色素含量有不同程度的促进作用.氯霉素浓度>1 mg/L时,浓度越大,扁藻细胞数量增幅越小,类胡萝卜素越多.土霉素,氯霉素对扁藻细胞大小的影响均不明显.
The effects of different concentrations of terramycin and chloromycetin on biomass, size, and contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid in alga Platymonas subcordiformis were studied under room temperature. Results showed that the alga increased the boimass in growing period and withered quickly in recession period with the increase in terramycin concentrations within 0-5 mg/L; and terramycin improved the contents of pigments more or less. The alga had low biomass and more carotenoid with increase in chloromycetin concentrations. There were no significant effects of both terramycin and chloromycetin on the alga in cell size.
