盐酸二甲双胍片对2型糖尿病患者血压及体重指数的影响

Effects of metformin on blood pressure and BMI in patient with type 2 diabets

目的:研究2型糖尿病患者应用盐酸二甲双胍片(商品名:格华止)治疗后血压及体重指数(BMI)的变化。方法:选择56例2型糖尿病患者(合并高血压28例,正常血压者28例),应用格华止500mg,每日3次,治疗8周,治疗前后分别测定患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、BMI等指标,治疗后采用配对t检验。结果:治疗后患者的SBP、DBP、FBG、PBG均有显著下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),BMI亦有下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:格华止对2型糖尿病患者除有降糖作用外,也有降压作用,考虑与胰岛素抵抗的改善有关。

Obiective ：To investigate the effects of metformin on blood pressure and BMI in patient with type 2 diabetes. Methods ：Fifty-six type 2 diabets received orally metformin（500 mg ,tid） for eight weeks. FBG ,PBG ,SBP ,DBP and BMI were measured before and after trail. Results ：FBG,PBG,SBP,DBP were decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）. There was not significant difference about diffence about BMI before and after treatment. Conclusion：Metformin can lower level of blood glucose and decrease BP as well,so we think it is due to the improvement of insulin resistance.
