异体去肌浆骨骼肌修复周围神经缺损的实验研究

摘要 本文报告动物异体和自体骨骼肌去除肌浆,再植入雪旺氏细胞培养掖与自体雪旺氏细胞制成的悬液,然后分别用于修复鼠10mm坐骨神经缺损的实验研究结果。结果提示异体去肌浆骨骼肌也可作为一种非神经移植体。 The myoplasm of alloskeletal muscle and autogeneous skeletal muscle was removed. Themixture of the cultural liquid of Schwann cells and autogenous Schwann cells was implanted into these two kinds of removed myoplasm skeletal muscles. The rat sciatic nerve gap of 10 mm in length was separately repaired with these two grafts. Both of regenerating nerve fibres smoothly crossed the distal stitching sites of these two grafts into the distal nerve trunk at 6 weeks after operating . At 6 months after repairing, we tested the following indexes: the muscle tension and the damp weight ratio of tested side/normal side triceps surae muscle; the sciatic nerve conduction velocity of tested side; the density ratio of the myelin sheath of distal/proximal nerve trunk of the grafts. Through the statistical analyses, the differences between the allografts and autogenous grafts was not significant . Therefore, the removed myoplasm alloskeletal muscle also may be regarded as a non - nerve graft . This study will lay down the foundation for making the artificial nerve
