Characterization of DLC film deposition on surface of TiNi alloy

摘要 类金刚石膜作为新型的生物材料得到了广泛的关注。本实验制备的薄膜为典型的类金刚石膜,膜层比较致密、均匀和光滑。膜层硬度随离子束能量变化,在束电源为750V附近出现峰值,硬度达到了15GPa,该膜的摩擦系数为0.124。在Troyde’s模拟体液中的电化学分析表明,类金刚石膜显著提高了Ti-Ni合金表面抗点蚀能力。 DLC film as hiocompatihle material has drawn much attention. We have prepared DLC film successfully confirmed by Raman spectra, with condensed, uniform and smooth surface. Hardness of films changes according to ion beam energy, and the maximum hardness appeared at about 750V beam voltage was 15GPa, the friction coefficient was approximately 0.124. Electro-chemical analysis in Troyde's solution showed that DLC films on the surface of TiNi alloy improve resistance of TiNi alloy to pitting corrosion.
