活化MDEA脱碳法对苯菲尔脱碳装置的技术改造 被引量:1

摘要 通过对脱碳方法的评述和对比,选用了活化MDEA脱碳法对2套改良苯菲尔脱碳装置进行了技术改造,核算了装置的吸收能力、再生能力、泵输送能力和再生气CO2的纯度,论述了改造方案和改造内容,对改造前后生产运行效果进行了对比和总结,结果表明,改造后处理气量提高了20%,热耗下降了55%,再生气纯度从98.5%提高到98.9%,碱洗气CO2从0.8%下降到0.6%。 Through the comparison & commentary on de-carbon method, by using the active MDEA de-carbon method, technical reformation was made for 2 sets of modified Benfild de-carbon unit, the absorption ability, regeneration capacity, pumping capacity and purity of regenerated gas CO2 have been checked & calculated, reformation scheme and reformation contents were discussed, comparison & summarization were made for the productive operation effect before and after reformation, the result indicates that the treated gas quantity after reformation is increased by 20%, heat consume is reduced by 55 %, the purity of regenerated gas is increased from 98.5 % to 98.9 % and the alkali washing gas CO2 is reduced from O, 8 % to 0.6%,
