The Development of Chinese Dyes for Knitted Goods

染料是我们纺织行业的主要原料之一。近年来,国外、国内的染料工业又有了新的发展。除适用于棉,毛、丝、麻及合成纤维的几大类普通的分散、活性、阳离子等染料以外,为了适应染整工艺的要求,又研制出分散 P 型、M 型快速染料,活性 KE 型。

A brief account of the progress,made in chinese dyestuff indus-try these years is given.The author points out,disperse dyes M,which need medium dyeing temperature,have the advantages both of Sand of E.Combined with reactive dyes with triazinyl,disperse dyesP can be used in printing P/C blended fabric.And other two rapiddisperse dyes are being developed and tested.Reactive dyes KE andR,commercialized recently,can shorten the finishing cycle of P/Cblended fabrics by means of two passages or one passage respectivelyin one bath with its mixture with disperse dyes.Cationic dyes SDare advantageousto the acidmodified polyester fiber,while levelling Mto acrylic fabrics with light colours.Some problems presented in theapplication of dyes are stated as well.
