本文论述了微型液晶显示数字式经编线圈长度检测仪的工作原理,对传惑器装置、检测电路等作了分析研究,列出了仪器的主要技术特征和测试结果。该仪器为工艺人员在经编生产中随时测取线圈长度、实施织物的质量和克重控制提供了有力的手段。
The operating principles of the pocket stitch-length meter with di-gital liquid-crystal display are expounded.Its sensor and detectingcircuit are discussed in detail.The main characteristics and the mea-sured data are listed.The development of the meter offers a conve-nient way for the technicians,who can measure the stitch length in ope-ration whenever nesessary for the sake of controlling the quality andthe weight of the fabrics.
