摘要
针对用于恶劣环境中的电动机,因定子绕组“击穿”而损坏的问题,本文提出了采用有机复合材料封装电动机定子绕组的新技术,并对封装模具的设计与制造进行了详细论述,实践证明,该技术可提高电动机使用寿命2~3倍。
Considering the damage problem of an electric motor in adverse circumstances caused by the puncture of the stator winding, this paper puts for ward a new technique using organic composite to seal the stator winding of an electric motor, and discusses in details about the design and manufacture of the sealed mould. It is verified through practice that this technique can improve the service life of an electric motor by two to three times.
