The positive function of peer review in teaching foreign language writing is well recognized. However, in China, due to varied factors, its implementation is limited. Through analyzing the varied factors, this article intends to see an approach to the implementation of peer review. By employing cooperative learning principles, score averaging, and free language option, it enables students to carry out the task fluently.
