摘要
“和平崛起”是中国新时期的战略选择和庄严承诺。第二次世界大战结束以后的全球化及其高速发展是中国实现“和平崛起”的坚实外部基础和重大历史机遇。
Peaceful rising is China＇ s strategic choice and solemn promise. To explore the feasibility, the writer of this paper makes a historical contrast since World War II and comes to the conclusion that globalization and its rapid development have provided solid exterior foundation for China＇ s peaceful rising.
