论主体性英语课堂教学中的新型师生关系 被引量:1

摘要 主体性英语课堂教学是一种以“学”为中心的新型教学模式。在这一教学模式中,教师不再是单纯的权威讲]者,而是教学互动研究者,学生学习的引导者。学生也不再是被动知识接受者,而是自主学习者,探究者。师生关系是民主平等、互动合作的新型师生关系,是有情感交流的合作伙伴关系。要培育新型师生关系,教师应坚持“以学生发展为本”和“以学生为主体”的原则,营造民主、和谐的课堂氛围,平等地对待学生,充分尊重学生的个性,做到教学相长,建构民主、平等、互动的新型师生关系。 English classroom teaching of subjectivity is a new teaching model which centers on “learning” , In this model, the teacher is no longer the authoritative lecturer, but the research of teaching - learning interaction and the director of student learning, In the same way, students are no longer only the knowledge recipients, but the learners and explorers with self- determination. The relationship between the teacher and students is a new type of relationship based on democracy and equality, a relationship of cooperative partners who can share feelings. To cultivate this new type of relationship, the teacher should follow the principle of “regarding the development of students as the center” and “ regarding students as the subject”, create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere in class,treat students as equals and show respect to their personality.
