The influence of cultural nationality on national diplomacy

文化民族性是民族之间区别的根本标志之一。文化民族性影响国家的外交政策,而外交政策也反映了该国的文化民族性;不同国家的文化民族性对其外交行为产生不同的影响;同时,这种文化民族性也制约着国家间的外交关系。一个国家外交风格的形成,除了受到时代、阶级、经济等因素制约之外,文化民族性也是一个重要因素。然而,文化民族性对国家外交的影响不能无限度地放大,要正确看待。

Cultural nationality is the basic symbol among the different nations.It has some influence on the national diplomacy, and the latter reflects the former.The cultural nationality of different countries has some influence on their diplomatic behaviors. And at the same time the kind of cultural nationality restricts the relationship between nations.The forming of the diplomatic style is not only restricted by the times, economy, class and so on but by cultural nationality.However,the influence of cultural nationality on national diplomacy could not be excessive.
