Huang Binhong, a great Chinese landscape painter,had peculiar experience,profound scholarship and broad mind.In his life time,he devoted every effort to assimilating the strong points of landscape paintings in the Song and Yuan dynasties and painting virtue of Xin＇an Painting School,thereby creating his own style of “Wu Bi”,“Qi Mo”and “Hei Shanshui”.He built ,a new artistic system of landscape.His paintings not only originated from tradition,but surpassed his predecessors＇,opening up a new path for the Chinese landscape painting.
